Review data is updated whenever you run a review collection through the SellerSonar browser extension. Alerts about new positive and negative reviews are also generated during collection, so freshness depends on how often you collect. We recommend collecting reviews every 1–3 days.
In the Reviews section, you can filter reviews by marketplace, product, brand, rating, presence of images, verified or unverified purchase, date, store, customer, and customer gender.
Positive and negative reviews, Top reviews from the listing page, and Vine reviews (marked with a Vine tag) are all available for analysis.
You can turn individual alert types on or off, so you only receive the notifications you care about. Reviews are collected for all products added to your account, and individual products cannot be excluded from collection.
SellerSonar analyzes your reviews and detects recurring phrases that customers mention. When a new recurring phrase appears, you receive a New Top phrase appeared alert, helping you spot emerging concerns or praise early. Alerts about upvoted negative reviews show which complaints resonate most with other shoppers. You can also export all collected reviews and analyze them with AI or any other tool of your choice.
SellerSonar collects reviews for every product in your account, up to your plan’s ASIN allowance, with no separate limit for reviews. The other limits come from Amazon. A maximum of 10 pages with 10 reviews each can be collected, which is up to 100 reviews per product. In addition, Amazon may occasionally block the reviews section, making collection impossible, or limit the number of visible reviews, for example showing only 10.
