At SellerSonar, we’re dedicated to empowering Amazon sellers with the tools they need to stay ahead. In our November update, we’re introducing several new features designed to make product monitoring and issue resolution more efficient than ever. Here’s what’s new:
Enhanced Product Analytics
Table View
Our Table View has been revamped to deliver deeper insights into your product’s performance and status.
- Product Statuses: Instantly identify issues with clear visual cues. Products are now categorized into Active (no issues) or requiring immediate attention, with problem statuses like Listing Suppressed, Search Suppressed, Buy Box Suppressed, Out of Stock, and Buy Box Lost highlighted in red.
- Buy Box Status: Wondering if you’re winning the Buy Box? This feature shows you exactly that, along with the current Buy Box holder (requires your Seller ID). The Price column compares your product’s price with the Buy Box price, so you can strategize accordingly.
How Do We Track Buy Box Status?
To start tracking Buy Box status, you need to provide your seller ID for each of your marketplaces. Without a selected seller ID, the Buy Box status field will appear as follows, indicating that no seller ID has been assigned.
This means we will still track the Buy Box status for your products, but we won’t be able to calculate your win percentage. If you are a vendor, you can select “Amazon” as your seller ID.
You can update your seller ID at any time in Settings > Alerts > Buy Box Alert (gear icon). Based on the provided seller ID, we’ll send alerts for Buy Box won or lost statuses.
ASIN Historical Activity Chart
Analyze your product’s historical performance with the new BSR and Price Chart with Events.
- Access it through the yellow icon in the Table View.
- Choose a ranking category to analyze, and dive into the Events section to uncover factors impacting your product’s position. By clicking on the dots of the events on the graph, you can see in more detail which events happened in the specified time period.
Updated Dashboard for Clearer Insights
Running Issues
We’ve added a Running Issues block to the dashboard to help you focus on problems that directly impact your sales, at this current moment. This section lists:
- Product statuses.
- The duration of each issue.
Statuses are prioritized for faster decision-making:
- Listing Suppressed
- Search Suppressed
- Buy Box Suppressed
- Out of Stock
- Buy Box Lost
Alerts
Alerts have been reorganized for better usability. They are now grouped by product, making it easier to track and resolve issues efficiently. Simply select the alert type, and review all associated products in one place.

Improved Email and Slack Reports
SellerSonar now offers a more robust way to deliver alerts.
- Alerts can be sent via email or Slack on a daily, weekly, or immediate basis for critical notifications.
- Previously, long alert lists were often truncated. Now, you can enable a file attachment feature to ensure no information is lost.
How it works:
- Configure file attachments in your settings and select your preferred format (.csv or .xlsx).
- Your complete alert list will be sent as an attachment, ensuring all critical details are included.
