Verdict: According to its pricing table, sellerboard costs $19 a month for Standard (3,000 orders), $29 for Professional (6,000), $39 for Business (15,000) and $79 for Enterprise (50,000), or $15 to $63 a month billed yearly, with a one-month free trial and no card. Every plan includes the same profit, PPC, inventory, repricer and alert tools, so you pay for order volume, not features.

Best for: FBA and FBM sellers who want true net profit per product, PPC and inventory planning in one place. Look elsewhere if: you need to watch competitors’ ASINs, or you want Buy Box and new-seller alerts more often than once a day.

This is a sellerboard pricing guide for Amazon sellers choosing a plan, or deciding whether to pay for one at all. We read every price and limit on sellerboard’s own homepage pricing table, feature pages, help center, changelog and Chrome Web Store listing on November 4, 2026, opened its public demo account, and used archived copies of its homepage to date the changes.

Disclosure: SellerSonar publishes this guide and competes with sellerboard only on listing alerts: sellerboard is profit analytics, SellerSonar is listing and competitor monitoring. We say where sellerboard is the better choice, and our SellerSonar vs sellerboard comparison covers the two tools feature by feature.

Sellerboard pricing in 2026: plans at a glance

Sellerboard has no separate pricing page. The plans sit in a table near the bottom of the sellerboard homepage, priced in US dollars, with a note that prices are net of VAT for EU customers.

Plan Billed monthly Billed yearly Yearly, per month Orders a month Review requests a month
Standard $19 $179 $15 3,000 150
Professional $29 $279 $23 6,000 6,000
Business $39 $369 $31 15,000 15,000
Enterprise $79 $759 $63 50,000 30,000

This is the same table on sellerboard’s site with monthly billing selected. Standard carries the “Most popular” badge.

sellerboard pricing table: Standard $19, Professional $29, Business $39, Enterprise $79 a month, with order limits
Sellerboard’s pricing table on November 4, 2026, monthly billing.

Read the bottom half of the table first: every plan has a check mark on the profit dashboard, listing change alerts, PPC optimization, the repricer, inventory management, refunds for lost inventory and the LTV dashboard.

Monthly vs annual billing

Annual billing is the only discount sellerboard lists, shown as “-20%” on the toggle. According to sellerboard’s pricing table, and measured against twelve monthly payments, the annual prices save $49 on Standard, $69 on Professional, $99 on Business and $189 on Enterprise.

sellerboard annual pricing: $15, $23, $31 and $63 a month, billed $179, $279, $369 and $759 a year
The same plans with annual billing selected, November 4, 2026.

The yearly bill is charged up front. Sellerboard’s terms of service say subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly, half-yearly or yearly basis and that “sellerboard subscription fees are non-refundable”, so take the annual plan only after the trial has proven the numbers.

What changed in 2026

The prices did not change. Archived copies of the homepage from the January 21, 2025 capture through October 11, 2026 show the same $19, $29, $39 and $79 monthly prices and the same order limits as the live table.

What changed is what each plan includes. Sellerboard launched its Repricer on September 3, 2026, and its repricer page says it is “Included in every sellerboard plan”. The Repricer row first appears in the pricing table after the October 11, 2026 archived copy.

sellerboard Repricer dashboard in the public demo: products in the Buy Box, min and max prices, Profit Booster profile
The Repricer dashboard in sellerboard’s public demo account (sample data), November 4, 2026.

The repricer sets price floors from the cost of goods, fees and VAT already in your account. One limit is not public: a tooltip on the pricing table says the repricer has a “monthly limit on Amazon price change updates; higher plans include more”, without the numbers.

Other 2026 additions, dated by the homepage archive and the sellerboard changelog:

  • Search Term Performance and Reseller Workflow appear on the homepage by the February 14, 2026 copy.
  • Reorder alerts and FIFO cost of goods arrived in the July 9, 2026 update.
  • Keyword Research appears by the August 28, 2026 copy. Its feature page says it is “available for brand-registered sellers using Amazon Brand Analytics”.
  • Walmart and eBay dashboards got a combined Summary Dashboard in July and report exports in August, per the changelog.

💡 Expert Tip: Some review sites still describe sellerboard as profit analytics plus alerts and nothing else. According to sellerboard’s pricing table on November 4, 2026, the same $19 Standard plan also includes the repricer, so compare it with a repricer subscription before you pay for both.

Sellerboard plan limits

All four plans run the same software. The table below collects the limits that differ, from sellerboard’s pricing table.

Limit Standard Professional Business Enterprise
Orders a month 3,000 6,000 15,000 50,000
Follow-up emails or review requests a month 150 6,000 15,000 30,000
Additional seller accounts 4 6 8 16
Additional users 1 2 4 4
Automated reports 3 6 8 16
User access rights by account, marketplace and product – – – Included
Repricer price updates a month Not published Not published Not published Not published

Under the pricing table, sellerboard adds that it “supports accounts with maximum of 30 000 products”. That cap applies on every plan.

Orders decide the plan for most sellers. A store with 4,000 orders a month needs Professional at $29, even if it only wants the profit dashboard, while a seller with 2,500 orders fits Standard at $19, according to sellerboard’s pricing table.

Two limits surprise people. According to the pricing table, Standard allows only 150 review requests a month, so a seller with 3,000 orders can automate requests for about 5% of them. And restricting what a team member can see, by account, marketplace or product, is an Enterprise-only feature.

🎯 Pro Insight: Count your peak month, not your average. According to its own pricing table, sellerboard sells plans by order volume but does not say what happens when you pass a limit. If November and December push you over 3,000 or 6,000 orders, ask support before the peak.

The sellerboard free trial (and is sellerboard free?)

Sellerboard has no free plan. Every plan starts with what the pricing table calls a “1 month free trial”, with “No credit card required. Cancel anytime.” The signup page calls it a 30-day free trial.

  • No card at signup. You add a payment method only to continue after the trial.
  • No refunds after that. The terms make fees non-refundable, and cancelling takes effect on the last day of the paid term.
  • Try the demo first. The homepage links a demo account, and the sellerboard alerts page says “No registration required!” We used it for the demo screenshots on this page.

Two sellerboard tools are free. The sellerboard Chrome extension estimates fees, sales and profit on any Amazon product page, and its store listing says the plugin “is completely free”.

sellerboard Amazon FBA Profit Calculator on the Chrome Web Store: 4.4 stars from 19 ratings, 7,000 users
The free sellerboard extension on the Chrome Web Store, November 4, 2026.

According to that Chrome Web Store listing, the extension has 7,000 users and a 4.4 rating from 19 ratings, covers seven marketplaces from the US to Spain, and was last updated on March 7, 2025. For fee math without an extension, SellerSonar’s free FBA calculator does the same job in a browser tab.

What sellerboard does well

  • Net profit, not just sales. Sellerboard’s FAQ says the Profit Dashboard combines fees, ads, refunds, VAT, shipping costs and cost of goods, with drill-down to product and order level.
  • Every tool on every plan. A Standard customer gets the same PPC automation, inventory planner, repricer and alerts as an Enterprise customer.
  • A repricer that knows your costs. Floors come from your real cost of goods and fees, across FBA, FBM-Prime and regular FBM.
  • Money back. It finds lost and damaged inventory, returns that never came back and fee errors to claim from Amazon.
  • More than Amazon. Walmart and eBay profit dashboards run on the same plans, and the Walmart page shows the same $19 to $79 prices.
sellerboard profit dashboard tiles in the demo account: sales, orders, refunds, ad cost, payout, gross and net profit
Profit tiles in sellerboard’s public demo account. The data and the 2029 dates are the demo’s sample values.

This tile view is why people buy sellerboard: sales, ad cost, estimated payout and net profit in tiles labeled “Today”, “Yesterday”, “Month to date” and a month forecast, side by side. SellerSonar does none of this accounting.

Where sellerboard falls short

The weak spot is the alerts, which the pricing table lists as “Listing change alerts” on every plan. Sellerboard’s demo account shows what that includes: more than 30 alert types across product, financial, performance, inventory and advertising groups.

sellerboard alert settings in the demo: product alerts, Number of sellers changed, Buy box lost, Significant BSR increase
Sellerboard’s alert settings in its public demo account, product and performance groups expanded, November 4, 2026.

For listing protection, the list has “Number of sellers/SKU’s on a listing changed”, “Buy box lost”, title, text, main image, brand and category changes, and “Listing closed”. It has no Buy Box won alert, and the seller alert counts sellers rather than naming a new seller by Seller ID.

  • Once a day. Sellerboard’s alert settings guide says “Alerts are evaluated daily using the most recent data available from Amazon.”
  • Your own listings only. The alerts dashboard guide says alerts “are generated automatically based on Seller Central data”, so sellerboard needs your seller account connected and cannot watch a competitor’s ASIN.
  • No rank tracker found. Sellerboard’s keyword tools analyze search term and Brand Analytics data for brand-registered sellers. We found no organic keyword rank tracking on its feature pages.
  • No published repricer caps. The monthly price-update limit per plan is not on the pricing table.
sellerboard help center: alerts are evaluated daily using the most recent data available from Amazon

A daily check is fine for fee changes and stock alerts. It is slow for a hijacker who undercuts you in the morning and takes the Buy Box until the next run.

Is sellerboard worth it? By seller type

For most private label sellers, yes. Here is how we would choose.

Seller type Our take Plan
New private label seller Worth it once you have regular sales. The profit dashboard shows which products actually make money after ads and fees. Standard
Growing brand with PPC The PPC dashboard ties ACOS to net profit by campaign and keyword. Check whether 150 review requests is enough. Standard or Professional
Multi-channel seller Amazon, Walmart and eBay profit in one account on the same plan. Hard to beat at the price. By total orders
Reseller or wholesaler Reseller Workflow, FIFO costs and the repricer help, but you also share listings with other sellers, so daily alerts are thin cover. By orders, plus a monitor
Agency or team with VAs Per-user access rights need Enterprise at $79 a month, per sellerboard’s pricing table. Enterprise
Brand watching hijackers or rivals Not the right tool alone: alerts are daily and only on your own listings. See below. Any plan, plus a monitor

Pros & cons

Pros: low entry price ($19 a month, or $15 billed yearly, according to sellerboard’s pricing table); every feature on every plan; a one-month trial with no card; profit, PPC, inventory, reimbursements and a repricer in one tool; Walmart and eBay included; a public demo with no registration.

Cons: no refunds; only 150 review requests on Standard; user permissions only on Enterprise; repricer update limits not published; alerts evaluated once a day; no monitoring of competitors’ ASINs; needs a Seller Central connection.

When a monitoring tool makes more sense

Sellerboard tells you what happened to your profit. It does not watch who else is on your listing during the day, and it cannot watch a competitor at all.

SellerSonar covers that part without a Seller Central connection. You add any ASIN, yours or a competitor’s, on 23 Amazon marketplaces, and according to SellerSonar’s plans it checks each one every 4 hours on Pro, every 2 hours on Premium and hourly on Business, with Seller appeared, Seller removed and Seller’s price changed alerts on every plan.

SellerSonar Seller appeared alerts, October 27, 2026.

Where sellerboard reports that the seller count changed, SellerSonar names the seller. In this example from SellerSonar’s own account, a merchant-fulfilled seller joined a Sterilite cabinet listing on amazon.com at $212.94 on October 27, 2026, which is the moment to check for a listing hijacker.

SellerSonar’s Buy Box Tracker on a renewed iPhone 15 listing, October 26 to 29, 2026.

From Premium, SellerSonar adds Buy Box Won and Lost alerts, with who took it and at what price, and the Buy Box Tracker. On that renewed iPhone 15 listing, SellerSonar data showed D’Tech Mobile with 27% of the Buy Box, an inactive store with 22% and Tech Exchangee with 20%, among 104 stores.

SellerSonar competitor view for Christmas lights on amazon.com: prices, 7-day price change, ranks and reviews, Oct 2026
SellerSonar competitor tracking for Christmas lights on amazon.com, October 2026.

The third gap is competitors. SellerSonar’s competitor monitoring tracks rivals’ prices, ranks and reviews on any marketplace, and keyword rank tracking follows organic and sponsored positions for every ASIN.

On price, SellerSonar’s plans start at $19.98 a month billed yearly for Pro (150 ASINs, 500 keywords), $39.98 for Premium (300 ASINs) and $74.98 for Business (500 ASINs). SellerSonar charges by ASINs and keywords; sellerboard charges by orders.

Be clear about the trade: SellerSonar does not do profit accounting, PPC management, inventory planning or repricing, so it does not replace sellerboard. Running both, sellerboard Standard at $15 a month billed yearly (per sellerboard) plus SellerSonar Pro at $19.98 comes to $34.98 a month.

📌 From Our Experience: Sellers who run profit analytics alone usually find a hijacker through the numbers: the margin dips a day or two later and they go looking. A seller alert on the next check turns that into a same-day decision to match the price, report the seller or wait.

Final Expert Recommendations:
Buy sellerboard for profit, PPC and inventory, and pick the plan by your peak monthly orders: according to its pricing table, Standard at $19 covers 3,000 orders, Professional at $29 covers 6,000 and Business at $39 covers 15,000. Use the one-month trial, then switch to yearly billing to save about 20%. If you share listings with other sellers or need to watch competitors, add SellerSonar’s listing monitoring for the alerts sellerboard checks only once a day.
