Verdict: According to Threecolts, InventoryLab costs $69 a month, or $58 a month billed annually, as one plan that includes the Scoutify 2 scanning app, the ScoutX extension and InventoryLab Accounting, with a 30-day free trial. The catch is that the same $69 a month also buys Seller 365, the Threecolts bundle with InventoryLab and nine more apps, so the standalone plan wins only on annual price, users and trial length.
Best for: US resellers (retail and online arbitrage, wholesale) who want listing, FBA shipments and profit tracking in one place. Look elsewhere if: you sell on any Amazon marketplace outside the US, or you don’t have a Professional seller account.
This is an InventoryLab pricing guide and review for resellers deciding between the standalone plan, the Seller 365 bundle or another tool. We read every price and limit on Threecolts’ own InventoryLab, Scoutify and pricing pages, its help center and the Scoutify 2 app store listings on November 4, 2026, and used archived copies of inventorylab.com to date the changes.
Disclosure: SellerSonar publishes this guide and doesn’t compete with InventoryLab’s core job: InventoryLab lists, ships and accounts for your inventory, while SellerSonar monitors listings after they go live. We say where InventoryLab is the better choice and link every fact to Threecolts’ own pages.
InventoryLab pricing in 2026: plans at a glance
InventoryLab no longer has its own website: inventorylab.com redirects to the InventoryLab page on threecolts.com. That page sells InventoryLab two ways, as one standalone plan and inside three Seller 365 bundle plans.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually, per month | Free trial | Users | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| InventoryLab (standalone) | $69 | $58 | 30 days | Unlimited | InventoryLab, Accounting, Scoutify 2, ScoutX |
| Seller 365 Standard | $69 | $65 | 14 days | 1 | All 10 Threecolts reseller apps |
| Seller 365 Teams | $129 | $119 | 14 days | 10 seats, then $15 each | All 10 apps |
| Seller 365 Pro | $199 | $183 | 14 days | 10 seats, then $15 each | All 10 apps, higher limits |
All prices are from the Threecolts InventoryLab page on November 4, 2026. According to the standalone card, annual billing saves $138 a year, so by our math the yearly price is $690, or $57.50 a month, which the card rounds to $58.

The standalone plan includes Source, List and Ship, inventory across FBA, merchant-fulfilled and unlisted stock, and performance reports. Restocking Insights is an optional $25 a month add-on on this plan, according to the same card, and included in every Seller 365 plan.
InventoryLab vs Seller 365: which plan to buy
Seller 365 Standard costs the same $69 a month as InventoryLab alone. On top of InventoryLab, Accounting, Scoutify and ScoutX, it adds Tactical Arbitrage, ScoutIQ, SmartRepricer and the three FeedbackWhiz apps, per Threecolts’ Seller 365 pricing article.

So the choice comes down to three differences. Billed annually, standalone InventoryLab is $7 a month cheaper than Standard ($58 vs $65, according to Threecolts’ pricing cards), it allows unlimited users where Standard allows one, and its trial is 30 days instead of 14.
If you’d use a repricer, sourcing software or listing alerts anyway, the bundle is the better deal at the monthly price. If you only need listing, shipments and accounting, and a VA or prep center logs in too, the standalone plan is the better deal.
What changed in 2026
The standalone price itself hasn’t moved. The January 2025 copy of InventoryLab’s pricing page listed the Base plan at $69 a month or $690 a year, and Base + Insights at $94 a month.

What changed is where and how it is sold. By the October 2025 archived homepage, InventoryLab was “now exclusively part of Seller 365”, and archived copies show inventorylab.com redirecting to Threecolts from December 2025.
- Teams went from $79 to $129 a month. Archived Seller 365 pages show Teams at $79 in the May 12, 2026 copy and $129 in the June 14, 2026 copy.
- Standard gained an annual discount. The Seller 365 pricing article (updated June 3, 2026) says Standard costs $69 a month or $828 a year, “No extra savings on the annual”. The live card shows $65 a month billed annually.
- A standalone plan is back. The August 8, 2026 copy of the InventoryLab page sold only Seller 365; the November 4 page adds the $69 standalone card.
💡 Expert Tip: Some third-party pages still quote InventoryLab at $49 a month. We found no Threecolts or archived InventoryLab pricing page since May 2023 with that price; according to Threecolts’ InventoryLab page, the plan costs $69 a month as of November 4, 2026.
InventoryLab plan limits: what each plan includes
This table compares the standalone plan with Seller 365 Standard and Pro, using the plan cards and the “Key features” table on the Threecolts InventoryLab page.
| Feature | InventoryLab alone | Seller 365 Standard | Seller 365 Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
| Listing, FBA and FBM shipments, inventory | Included | Included | Included |
| InventoryLab Accounting | Included | Included | Included |
| Scoutify 2 and ScoutX | Included | Included | Included |
| Restocking Insights | $25 a month add-on | Included | Included |
| Users | Unlimited | 1 | 10 seats |
| Tactical Arbitrage searches at once | – | 7 | 10 |
| SmartRepricer listings | – | 5,000 | 50,000 |
| FeedbackWhiz Alerts monitored listings | – | 100 | 500 |
| Reimbursement service commission | – | 15% | 5% |
🎯 Pro Insight: Check the user count before you pick Standard. According to Threecolts’ pricing cards, Seller 365 Standard has 1 user and the next step with seats is Teams at $129 a month, while standalone InventoryLab allows unlimited users at $69.
The InventoryLab free trial (and is InventoryLab free?)
InventoryLab has no free plan. Threecolts’ help center says a new InventoryLab account gets a 30-day free trial, with a credit card required and access to InventoryLab, Scoutify and ScoutX.
- Seller 365 trials are shorter. Per the help center’s Seller 365 trial article, new users get 7 days, plus 7 more when they connect an Amazon seller account during the trial.
- Expect a $1 hold. Threecolts explains that a $0 or $1 authorization can appear at signup and the first payment comes at the end of the trial.
- Cancel in Threecolts Hub. Only the account owner can cancel, support can’t do it for you, and the cancellation guide says there is no refund once a paid period has started.
The pages disagree on trial length in one place: the Scoutify product page shows a 30-day card but answers “14 days free” in its FAQ. Treat 30 days as the standalone InventoryLab trial and 14 days as the Seller 365 trial.
Scoutify 2: InventoryLab’s scanning app
Scoutify 2 is the mobile app for sourcing in stores. It is included with every InventoryLab subscription or trial and works on multiple devices at no extra cost, according to Threecolts’ help center.
Each scan shows profit after Amazon fees, ROI, offers, sales rank, restrictions and hazmat flags. The Scoutify page adds buy rules you set once and buy lists that export into InventoryLab for shipment creation.

The Scoutify FAQ sets three limits. You need a Professional seller account registered for amazon.com, the app is mobile only (ScoutX is the Chrome extension for desktop), and it doesn’t work offline.
The app store listings are the weak spot. On the App Store, Scoutify 2 has a 2.8 rating from 144 ratings, and its last update was version 4.0.11 on November 13, 2025.

On Google Play, the app shows 2.4 stars from 190 reviews and 100K+ downloads, last updated October 29, 2025. Test scanning and logins in a store during the trial.
What InventoryLab does well
- Shipments without Seller Central. The InventoryLab FAQ says it handles inbound plans, box contents, labels and syncing with Amazon in one workflow, “No Seller Central required”.
- Profit from settlement data. InventoryLab tracks fees through the day and reconciles them against settlement reports, from FBA fees and storage to returns and reimbursements.
- Buy cost carried through. Scoutify and ScoutX buy lists import into a batch, so the cost you entered while sourcing reaches the P&L by SKU, supplier or category.
- Unlimited users on the standalone plan. That covers employees and prep centers without paying for Teams.

That four-step flow (Find It, Plan It, Box It, Ship It) is the main reason resellers pay for InventoryLab. Connecting it takes one Seller Central authorization, and Threecolts’ connection guide says the first sync can take 12 to 24 hours.
Where InventoryLab falls short
- US only. Threecolts’ marketplace chart lists InventoryLab for Amazon US and “No” for every other Amazon marketplace, Walmart and eBay.
- Professional account required. InventoryLab reads your account through Amazon’s Selling Partner API, which needs a Professional plan.
- No refunds. A cancellation only stops the next renewal.
- No alerts or repricer on the standalone plan. Those sit in FeedbackWhiz Alerts and SmartRepricer, which come only with Seller 365.
- Restocking costs extra. Restocking Insights adds $25 a month on the standalone plan, according to Threecolts’ pricing card.

The marketplace article shows the gap inside the bundle: SmartRepricer covers 23 non-US Amazon marketplaces and FeedbackWhiz 20, but InventoryLab covers only the US.
Is InventoryLab worth it? By seller type
| Seller type | Our take | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Retail arbitrage (US) | Scoutify 2 plus batch shipments is the classic RA setup. Test the app in a store during the trial. | InventoryLab alone or Seller 365 Standard |
| Online arbitrage (US) | You will want Tactical Arbitrage too, which makes the bundle cheaper than two subscriptions. | Seller 365 Standard |
| Wholesale (US) | Strong on supplier-level P&L, bulk batches and prep center access. | InventoryLab alone with Restocking, or Seller 365 |
| Teams with VAs or a prep center | Unlimited users on the standalone plan beat paying $129 for Teams if you only need InventoryLab. | InventoryLab alone |
| Sellers outside the US | InventoryLab doesn’t support your marketplace. | Not worth it |
| Private label brands | Listing and shipment tools are built around reselling sourced stock. Threecolts sells separate Brands plans. | Look elsewhere |
Pros & cons
Pros: one price for listing, shipments, accounting and two scanning tools; a 30-day trial; unlimited users on the standalone plan; shipments built without Seller Central; settlement-level profit; a price unchanged since at least June 2024, per archived pricing pages.
Cons: amazon.com only; Professional seller account required; no refunds; $25 a month extra for Restocking Insights on the standalone plan, per Threecolts; low Scoutify 2 app ratings; no listing alerts unless you buy Seller 365.
InventoryLab alternatives
No single tool replaces all of InventoryLab, so pick by the job. Every price below comes from each vendor’s own pricing page, read November 4, 2026.
| Tool | Replaces | Price from | Free trial |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seller 365 (Threecolts) | Everything, plus sourcing and repricing | $69 a month | 14 days |
| Boxem | Shipments, inventory, profit | $49.99 a month | 14 days |
| ScanPower | Shipments for Amazon and Walmart | $79 a month | 14 days |
| SellerAmp SAS | Scoutify and ScoutX (sourcing) | $19.95 a month | 14 days |
| sellerboard | Accounting and profit | $19 a month | 1 month |
| Tactical Arbitrage | Online sourcing | $59 a month | 7 days |
| SellerSonar | None (adds listing monitoring) | $19.98 a month, yearly | 14 days |
Boxem is the closest like-for-like shipment tool. Its pricing page lists Standard at $49.99 a month with shipment flow, inventory and profit analytics, and Professional at $69.99 with LTL shipments and 2D barcodes.
ScanPower suits sellers who ship to both Amazon and Walmart. Its homepage pricing lists the Walmart & Amazon Seller plan at $79 a month and says no card is needed to start the trial.
SellerAmp SAS replaces the sourcing side, with eligibility, profit and Buy Box history on seven marketplaces. Our SellerAmp pricing guide covers its plans from $19.95 a month.
Sellerboard replaces the accounting side on many marketplaces, from $19 a month with no card for the trial. See our sellerboard pricing breakdown.
Tactical Arbitrage is Threecolts’ own online sourcing tool. Its product page lists solo plans from $59 to $129 a month, and it is included in every Seller 365 plan.
When a monitoring tool makes more sense
InventoryLab’s job ends when the shipment is checked in. After that, the risks on a resold ASIN are other sellers: a new seller undercuts you, Amazon joins the listing, or your Buy Box share drops. The standalone InventoryLab plan has no alerts for any of that.
Seller 365 does include them. FeedbackWhiz Alerts watches your own listings for hijackers, Buy Box loss and suppression, and Threecolts’ table caps it at 100 listings on Standard and Teams and 500 on Pro. If you are on Seller 365 and under that cap, start there.
SellerSonar fits the other cases: you bought InventoryLab alone, you hold more ASINs than the cap, or you also want to watch ASINs you don’t sell yet. It needs no Seller Central connection and sends Seller appeared, Seller removed and Seller’s price changed alerts on every plan, with Buy Box Won and Lost from Premium.

In this example from SellerSonar’s own account, a merchant-fulfilled seller joined a Sterilite storage cabinet listing on amazon.com at $212.94 on October 27, 2026. For a reseller holding that ASIN, it is the signal to match, hold or stop restocking.

From Premium, the Buy Box Tracker shows each seller’s share over time. On that renewed iPhone 15 listing, SellerSonar data showed D’Tech Mobile with 27% of the Buy Box among 104 stores; our guide on how to win the Buy Box explains what decides it.

Price changes are the third signal, like Amazon cutting a Levoit air purifier from $69.97 to $45.48 on November 4, 2026, as logged in SellerSonar’s event feed.
FeedbackWhiz Alerts says it refreshes monitored listings every 20 minutes, which is more often than SellerSonar. SellerSonar’s plans check every 4 hours on Pro ($19.98 a month billed yearly, 150 ASINs), every 2 hours on Premium ($39.98, 300 ASINs) and hourly on Business ($74.98, 500 ASINs), across 23 Amazon marketplaces.
SellerSonar does not list products, scan barcodes, build shipments or do accounting, so it doesn’t replace InventoryLab. Running both, standalone InventoryLab at $58 a month billed yearly (per Threecolts) plus SellerSonar Pro at $19.98 comes to $77.98 a month.
📌 From Our Experience: The profit InventoryLab shows is calculated on the price you listed at. When another reseller finds the same deal, the seller count rises and the price falls, so a Seller appeared alert on a resold ASIN usually comes before the drop in your P&L.
Final Expert Recommendations:
If you sell on amazon.com and only need listing, shipments and accounting, take standalone InventoryLab on annual billing at $58 a month, according to Threecolts, and use the full 30-day trial on a real shipment. If you’d also pay for sourcing, a repricer or alerts, Seller 365 Standard at $69 a month is the better deal for a single user. Once your stock is live, SellerSonar’s listing monitoring watches those ASINs for new sellers, Buy Box changes and price moves.
