Verdict: According to its pricing page, Jungle Scout pricing in 2026 is $49, $79 or $149 a month for Starter, Growth Accelerator and Brand Owner + CI, or $29, $49 and $129 a month billed annually. Cobalt, the enterprise product, is quote-only. The critical caveat: there is no free trial or free plan, and Buy Box and unauthorized-seller monitoring sit in Cobalt, not in these plans.
Best for: sellers who will use product and keyword research every week. Look elsewhere if: you need alerts when a hijacker joins your listing or you lose the Buy Box.
This is a Jungle Scout pricing guide for Amazon sellers deciding which plan to buy, whether the annual discount is worth it and what the money-back guarantee really covers. We read every price and limit on Jungle Scout’s own pricing pages, help center and Chrome Web Store listing, and took the screenshots below on November 4, 2026.
Disclosure: SellerSonar publishes this guide and competes with Jungle Scout in Amazon listing monitoring, so we say where Jungle Scout is the better choice and link every fact to Jungle Scout’s own pages.
Jungle Scout pricing in 2026: plans at a glance
According to its pricing page, Jungle Scout sells two products. Catalyst is the self-serve toolkit for sellers under $1M in yearly Amazon revenue, with three plans. Cobalt is the enterprise platform for brands above $1M, sold through a demo.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually (per month) | Paid per year | Annual saving | Seats included |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 | $29 | $348 | $240 (41%) | 1, no extra seats |
| Growth Accelerator | $79 | $49 | $588 | $360 (38%) | 1 |
| Brand Owner + CI | $149 | $129 | $1,548 | $240 (13%) | 3 |
| Cobalt | – | Custom quote | – | – | Charged per user |
All of these figures come from the Jungle Scout Catalyst pricing page; the percentages are our own math on its numbers.
A few details change the real price:
- “Save up to 40%” only applies to Starter. According to the same page, Growth Accelerator saves $360 a year (38%), but Brand Owner saves $240 on $1,788, which is about 13%.
- Extra seats cost $49 a month or $459 a year each. Per Jungle Scout’s pricing FAQ, Starter is limited to 1 user, Growth Accelerator includes 1 and Brand Owner includes 3.
- PayPal is for annual plans only. Jungle Scout’s purchase guide says it accepts PayPal “for annual plans”; monthly plans need a card.
Here are the plan cards with monthly billing selected, which is the price most people search for.

Cobalt never shows a price. You request a demo, and Jungle Scout says it has a qualification process before it builds one.
What changed in 2026 (and why you may see $399)
The prices themselves have not moved. Archived copies of the Catalyst pricing page from February 12, 2026 show the same $29, $49 and $129 annual rates and the same $49, $79 and $149 monthly rates, and so do captures from March, September and October.
What did change, according to those captures:
- Brand Owner went from 10 included seats to 3. According to the archived pages, the March 13 capture lists 10; the September 5 capture and the live page list 3, at the same $149.
- Extra Competitive Intelligence segments were repriced. According to the October 12 capture, the page said $297 per 3 months for 5 segments; on November 4 it says $99 a month, or $950 a year on annual billing.
If you saw Brand Owner quoted at $399 a month, that number comes from an old help article. Jungle Scout’s Subscriptions article, last updated October 31, 2024, still says $399 a month or $3,588 a year with 10 seats, and Google’s AI Overview repeats it. The live pricing page says $149 and $1,548.
馃挕 Expert Tip: When a help article and the pricing page disagree, trust the checkout. Jungle Scout’s own membership plans article still lists 100 Listing Analyzer searches on Growth Accelerator and ten Brand Owner seats, while the pricing table says 50 a month and 3 seats.
Jungle Scout plan limits: what each plan includes
The plan cards only show prices. The comparison table under them is where the limits sit, and the gaps between plans are large. Here are the rows that matter, as the Catalyst pricing page lists them.
| Feature | Starter | Growth Accelerator | Brand Owner + CI |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product Tracker | 50 products | 150 products | 2,000 products |
| Product tracking history | 30 days | 6 months | 2 years |
| Sales Estimator | 500 a month | 1,000 a month | 5,000 a month |
| Product Database / Opportunity Finder | 100 searches a month each | Included | Included |
| Keyword Scout | 50 searches a month | 250 searches a month | Included |
| Historical keyword data | 1 month | 1 year | 2 years |
| Export data, Supplier Database | – | Included | Included |
| Rank Tracker | – | 500 keywords | 5,000 keywords |
| Listing Analyzer | – | 50 a month | 300 a month |
| AI Assist | Chat only | 100 a month | 500 a month |
| Review Automation, Advertising Analytics | – | Included | Included |
| Competitive Intelligence | – | – | Included, 5 segments |
| Jungle Scout API trial | – | 100 requests | 100 requests |
| Priority onboarding and support | – | – | Included |
Starter is a research plan with tight quotas: per the pricing table, it has no data export, no Rank Tracker and only 30 days of tracking history.

Growth Accelerator is the plan most sellers end up on. Its analytics, inventory and Listing Builder features only work “after you connect your Seller Central account”, according to Jungle Scout’s help center.

Brand Owner is the only Catalyst plan with Competitive Intelligence: benchmarking, market analysis and listing and review analysis across segments of competing products.
Jungle Scout free trial, free plan and refunds
Is Jungle Scout free? No. There is no free plan and no free trial. The Jungle Scout pricing FAQ says it plainly: “While we do not offer a free trial, we do offer a 7-day money back guarantee on our standard plans for Jungle Scout Catalyst.”

How the guarantee works in practice:
- You pay first. The guarantee is a refund within 7 days, not a free week.
- Refunds are not automatic. Per Jungle Scout’s money-back guarantee article, you have to contact support to get one.
- Promotions are excluded. The pricing FAQ says the guarantee covers “regularly priced plans”, with “special promotions or trials excluded”.
- Cancelling deletes your data. Per the cancellation guide, monthly plans cancel from account settings, annual plans through support, and saved data is deleted when access ends.
The free things Jungle Scout does offer are small. Its FBA calculator is a free download, and the Chrome extension is free to install, but its listing says the extension is “included in every plan”, so the data inside it needs a subscription.
Jungle Scout discounts and coupons
There are three official discounts, all on Jungle Scout’s own pages. Its exclusive offer page shows Growth Accelerator at $67 a month (15% off) or $441 for the first annual year (25% off), renewing at $588.
According to Jungle Scout’s discounts article, Brand Owner discounts are handled by support on request. The cancellation flow also offers a 20% discount to keep you subscribed.
馃幆 Pro Insight: The 25%-off first year is the cheapest way into Growth Accelerator at $441, according to Jungle Scout’s offer page. But promotions are excluded from the 7-day guarantee, so only take it if you are sure, or ask support before paying.
Jungle Scout Cobalt pricing
Jungle Scout Cobalt has no public price: its pricing page lists it as custom plans for businesses with $1M+ in annual revenue, charged per user, and it is the only Jungle Scout product with Buy Box and competing-offer data. Our Jungle Scout Cobalt review covers what it includes, how the demo works and the alternatives.
What Jungle Scout does well
- Product research depth. Product Database, Opportunity Finder, Keyword Scout and the Sales Estimator are the core of Catalyst, and Jungle Scout says its estimates draw on 11 years of data and 600M+ tracked products.
- A low annual entry price. Starter at $29 a month billed annually is cheap for sales estimates and keyword data, per the Catalyst pricing page.
- Training on every plan. Jungle Scout Academy is included from Starter up.
- A widely installed extension. The Jungle Scout extension has 300,000 users and a 3.1 out of 5 rating from 368 ratings on the Chrome Web Store, last updated July 22, 2026.

If you are still choosing your first product, those research tools are what you are paying for, and they are good at it.
Where Jungle Scout falls short
- No way to try it free. You pay, then ask for a refund within 7 days.
- No listing alerts in Catalyst. Jungle Scout’s help center says it decided to sunset its Alerts feature in January 2025. The Product Tracker is pitched as a way to “monitor product ideas and trends over time”, not to catch hijackers.
- Buy Box data needs Cobalt. Catalyst has no Buy Box or competing-offer data at any price, and Cobalt is demo-only.
- Thin marketplace coverage. Catalyst fully supports 8 marketplaces, and some features are US-only, per Jungle Scout’s pricing FAQ.
- Brand Owner got less for the same money. It dropped from 10 seats to 3 in 2026 and saves only 13% on annual billing.
Is Jungle Scout worth it?
It depends on how much research you do every week. Here is how we would decide.
| Your situation | Our take |
|---|---|
| Researching your first product | Starter, monthly, for one or two months. Use the 7-day guarantee if the data doesn’t fit how you work. |
| Launched, growing, one person | Growth Accelerator, annual. It adds Rank Tracker, exports, review automation and a year of keyword history. |
| Small team or several brands | Brand Owner + CI if you will use Competitive Intelligence; otherwise Growth Accelerator plus extra seats can cost less. |
| Brand losing sales to resellers | Catalyst won’t show it. Ask for a Cobalt demo or use a dedicated monitoring tool (see below). |
| Selling outside the 8 core marketplaces | Check Jungle Scout’s marketplace list first; many Catalyst features are partial there. |
Pros & cons
Pros: strong product and keyword research; low annual entry price on Starter; Academy training on every plan; cancel any time; a popular Chrome extension.
Cons: no free trial or free plan; refunds need a support request and exclude promotions; no listing alerts since January 2025; Buy Box and reseller data only in quote-based Cobalt; small annual saving on Brand Owner.
When a monitoring tool makes more sense
If you are pricing Jungle Scout to protect live listings, the honest answer is that Catalyst doesn’t do that job, and Cobalt is an enterprise sale. That is the gap SellerSonar fills: it watches any ASIN on 23 Amazon marketplaces and alerts you when something changes, with no Seller Central connection.
The alert sellers ask for most is Seller appeared. It fires on the next check after a new seller joins your listing, and it is on every SellerSonar plan (Buy Box and pricing alerts start switched off, so turn them on in Alerts settings).

From Premium up, SellerSonar’s Buy Box monitoring adds Buy Box Won and Lost alerts and a tracker that shows each seller’s share of the Buy Box over time, which is the seller-level view Jungle Scout keeps in Cobalt.

On price, SellerSonar’s plans start at $19.98 a month billed yearly for Pro: 150 ASINs and 500 keywords, checked every four hours. Premium is $39.98 for 300 ASINs, 2,000 keywords and checks every two hours; Business is $74.98 for 500 ASINs and hourly checks. Each plan also includes seller and price-change alerts and daily keyword rank tracking.
SellerSonar does not do product research, sales estimates, listing creation or PPC management. If you need Keyword Scout and the Sales Estimator, Jungle Scout is still the tool for that. For a feature-by-feature breakdown, see our SellerSonar vs Jungle Scout comparison.
馃搶 From Our Experience: Plenty of sellers run both. According to both vendors’ pricing pages, Growth Accelerator ($588 a year) plus SellerSonar Premium ($479.76 a year) costs about $1,068 a year, and covers research plus Buy Box alerts without a Cobalt contract.
Final Expert Recommendations:
Buy Jungle Scout for research. Growth Accelerator at $49 a month billed annually is the best value of the three Catalyst plans if you use the research tools every week; Starter is fine for validating a first product, and Brand Owner only pays off if you use Competitive Intelligence. If what you actually need is to know when a hijacker joins your listing or the Buy Box changes hands, SellerSonar’s listing monitoring watches any ASIN without a Seller Central connection.
