Verdict: The best Helium 10 alternative depends on which part of Helium 10 you are replacing: Jungle Scout for product research from $29 a month billed yearly, SellerSprite for cheaper keyword research, and Keepa for price history, per each vendor’s pricing page. If you mainly used Helium 10 to watch your own listings, a monitoring tool such as SellerSonar does that job for less, but it does no product research.
Best for: sellers who use one or two Helium 10 tools and pay for the whole suite. Look elsewhere if: you use Cerebro, Black Box, Listing Builder and Helium 10 Ads every week, because no single alternative covers all four.
This guide is for Amazon sellers comparing Helium 10 alternatives and competitors in 2026. We read each price on the vendor’s own pricing page on November 4, 2026, ranked seven tools by the job they do best, and took the screenshots below from those pages.
Disclosure: SellerSonar publishes this guide and competes with Helium 10 in Amazon listing monitoring. We rank SellerSonar only for monitoring, say where each other tool is the better choice and link every price to the vendor’s own page.
Why sellers look for a Helium 10 alternative
Most sellers don’t leave Helium 10 because the data is bad. They leave because the entry plan got thinner while the price stayed the same, according to the Helium 10 pricing page and archived copies of it. Our Helium 10 pricing guide has the full plan table; these are the points that push people to look around:
- The entry price is $99. Platinum costs $99 a month billed yearly or $129 month to month, and the cheaper Starter plan was gone by February 2026, per Helium 10’s pricing page.
- Platinum lost features at the same price. Between the April 3 and May 19, 2026 versions of the page, Alerts went from 20 products to 5 and Cerebro gained a cap of 100 searches a month.
- Rank tracking costs extra. Tracking keyword rankings over time is marked Diamond-only; Platinum users add the Keyword Tracker from $19 a month.
- PPC needs Diamond. Helium 10 Ads comes with Diamond at $279 a month, plus a 2% fee on managed ad spend.

Monitoring is the other reason. Platinum watches 5 products for hijackers, Buy Box and listing changes, and Helium 10’s Alerts guide says you must connect your Amazon token in Seller Central first, with product data updated about every four days.

So the useful question is not “what replaces Helium 10” but “what replaces the part I actually use”. The table below matches each job to a tool.

The 7 best Helium 10 alternatives, by job
1. Jungle Scout: best for product research
Jungle Scout is the closest like-for-like swap for Helium 10’s research side. It has a product database, Opportunity Finder, Keyword Scout and a sales estimator, without Helium 10’s ads and operations layers.
On Jungle Scout’s Catalyst plans page, Starter costs $29 a month billed yearly ($348 a year) or $49 month to month. Growth Accelerator, at $49 a month yearly, adds the Rank Tracker with 500 keywords. There is no free trial, only a 7-day money-back guarantee.

Where it falls short: Starter allows 50 Keyword Scout searches a month, per the same page, and Jungle Scout sunset its Alerts feature. Buy Box and unauthorized-seller monitoring now sit in Cobalt, its enterprise tier for businesses with $1M+ in revenue.
Best for: first-time private label sellers who want to validate a product for less than Helium 10 Platinum costs. Skip it if: you need keyword research at Cerebro depth on a starter budget.
2. SellerSprite: best cheaper all-rounder for keyword research
SellerSprite covers much of what Cerebro and Black Box do: reverse ASIN, keyword mining, product and competitor research and an index checker. It is built around the same keyword-first workflow at a lower price.
According to SellerSprite’s pricing page, Basic costs $390 billed annually or $39 billed monthly (list price $49), and Standard is $790 a year or $79 a month. The feature list marks Reverse ASIN, Keyword Research and Product Research as Unlimited, which it defines as no daily cap, with 50 data exports a day per user.

Read the tracker lines before you choose monthly billing. Per SellerSprite’s pricing page, the monthly Basic plan includes 0 product and 0 keyword trackers, while annual Basic includes 50 products and 250 keywords.
There is a free 3-day trial of the monthly plan and a free browser extension used by 150,000+ people, according to SellerSprite. Best for: keyword-first sellers who want Cerebro-style data without a $99 entry price.
3. SmartScout: best for brand, seller and wholesale research
SmartScout looks at Amazon from the brand and seller level rather than one product at a time, which is why wholesale and arbitrage sellers use it to find brands to approach. Helium 10 has no direct equivalent to its brand and seller databases.
On SmartScout’s pricing page, Basic is $29 a month on the yearly tab and $49 monthly, Essentials is $99 or $119, and Business is $239 or $299. Every plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee rather than a free trial.

The catch is in the data levels. Per SmartScout’s plan cards, Basic unlocks product-level data and keyword research for 5,000 ASINs a month, unlimited keyword research and tracking start on Essentials, and seller-level data with Buy Box history starts on Business. Extra users cost $49 each.
Best for: wholesale buyers and brands mapping who sells in a category. Skip it if: your work is listing-level keyword research for one private label product.
4. SellerApp: best free starting point and for PPC automation
SellerApp is the alternative with a free plan you can keep. SellerApp’s pricing page lists Freemium at $0 with no credit card, covering product research and an advertising overview.
Paid plans scale with catalog size and ad spend, per SellerApp’s pricing page. Pro starts at $99 a month and adds keyword tracking and listing quality; the Smart plan with ads automation starts at $149, which the page marks as a discount for the first 3 months off $250.

SellerApp lists 19 supported Amazon marketplaces, and its FAQ says annual billing saves 50% against monthly, according to the same page. Both paid prices are marked “starts with”, and the page sizes your plan from your ASIN count, ad spend and revenue, so run its plan finder before you budget.
Best for: sellers who want PPC automation without moving up to Helium 10 Diamond. Skip it if: you only need research and don’t run ads.
5. Keepa: best for price and sales-rank history
Keepa is not a suite, but it is the reference tool for Amazon price, sales rank, Buy Box and offer-count history, which many resellers check before they buy. Its free extension, with 5,000,000 users on the Chrome Web Store, adds price history charts and price-drop alerts with no account required.
Keepa Pro, which adds sales-rank graphs, the Product Finder, Buy Box data and tracking for 10,000 products, costs €29 a month or €290 a year, according to Keepa’s subscription page. Keepa bills only in euros and offers no free trials, coupons or discounts, per its support FAQ.

Keepa does no keyword research or listing optimization, and according to Keepa it covers 11 Amazon marketplaces. Best for: arbitrage and wholesale sellers, and anyone who needs history rather than keyword volume.
6. SellerAmp SAS: best for arbitrage and wholesale sourcing
SellerAmp SAS answers one question fast: should I buy this product to resell? It shows profit, ROI, selling eligibility, IP and hazmat warnings, sales estimates and Buy Box history, in a Chrome extension, a mobile app and a web app.
Per SellerAmp’s pricing page, Getting Started costs $19.95 a month for 1,000 lookups, Getting Serious costs $29.95 for unlimited lookups under a fair use policy, and Going Pro costs $49.95. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and annual billing gives two months free.

SellerAmp supports 7 marketplaces (US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Italy and Spain), and its own SellerAmp vs Keepa page shows no price-drop alerts or tracking watchlists in SAS. Best for: online arbitrage, retail arbitrage and wholesale sellers, not private label keyword work.
7. SellerSonar: best for monitoring the listings you already sell
If the Helium 10 feature you relied on was Alerts, you don’t need another research suite. SellerSonar is a monitoring tool: it watches any ASIN on 23 Amazon marketplaces for new sellers, Buy Box changes, price changes, listing edits, reviews and keyword rank, without a Seller Central connection.

On price, SellerSonar’s plans start at $19.98 a month billed yearly for Pro, with 150 ASINs and 500 keywords checked every four hours, against 5 monitored products on Helium 10 Platinum. Premium is $39.98 for 300 ASINs, checks every two hours and adds Buy Box Won and Lost alerts; Business is $74.98 for 500 ASINs and hourly checks.
Each alert type is a switch you set per product group, and alerts go to email, Slack or a webhook. The Buy Box and pricing alerts cover a seller appearing on or leaving your listing, seller price changes and Buy Box won or lost.

SellerSonar also tracks organic and sponsored keyword rank daily for each tracked ASIN, and review alerts are on every plan. It does not do product research, listing creation, PPC management, profit reporting or repricing, so it replaces Helium 10 Alerts, not Black Box. For a feature-by-feature look, read SellerSonar vs Helium 10.
🎯 Pro Insight: Two focused tools often cost less than one suite. Jungle Scout Starter at $29 plus SellerSonar Pro at $19.98, both billed yearly, comes to $48.98 a month for product research plus 150 monitored ASINs, against $99 for Helium 10 Platinum, per each vendor’s pricing page.
Is there a free Helium 10 alternative?
Yes, if you can live with limits. These are the free options we found on the vendors’ own pages on November 4, 2026:
- Helium 10’s own free plan: 5 lifetime Black Box searches, a Cerebro demo and Alerts for 2 ASINs, per Helium 10’s plan guide.
- SellerApp Freemium: product research and an advertising overview, no card needed.
- Keepa’s free extension: price history charts and price-drop alerts without an account.
- SellerSprite’s free extension: product and keyword data while you browse Amazon, plus a 3-day trial of the paid monthly plan.
- SellerAmp’s QVS extension: shows whether Amazon is on a listing and how many FBA and FBM sellers there are, with no SAS account.
None of these replaces Cerebro for serious keyword research. For learning the ropes, though, Helium 10’s free plan plus Keepa’s free charts covers a lot.
💡 Expert Tip: Before you cancel, export the keyword lists and tracked keywords you built in Helium 10 while your plan is still active. Your history stays behind when you switch, and rebuilding a keyword list from a CSV takes minutes, while rebuilding it from memory takes weeks.
Tools we checked and left off
- ZonGuru now sells Helix, AI listing engineering, from $149 a month or $124 billed annually, for US and UK only and with a Seller Central connection on every plan, per ZonGuru’s pricing page. Lists that call ZonGuru a cheap research suite are out of date.
- DataHawk is analytics for brands across Amazon and Walmart; its pricing page quotes custom annual plans while its docs list Standard at $299 and Growth at $599 a month, so it is not a like-for-like swap for a $99 plan. Our DataHawk review has the details.
- AMZScout blocked our page reader on November 4, 2026, so we did not rank it rather than quote an old price. Our AMZScout review covers the tool itself.
How to choose a Helium 10 alternative
Start from the Helium 10 tools you opened in the last month, then match them here. Prices are from each vendor’s pricing page as of November 4, 2026.
| If you used Helium 10 mainly for | Switch to | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Product research (Black Box) | Jungle Scout | Product database and Opportunity Finder from $29/mo yearly |
| Keyword research (Cerebro) | SellerSprite | Reverse ASIN with no daily cap from $390 a year |
| Finding brands to wholesale | SmartScout | Brand and seller databases |
| PPC (Helium 10 Ads) | SellerApp | Ads automation without a Diamond plan |
| Price and sales-rank history | Keepa | Free charts, Pro at €29/mo |
| Arbitrage sourcing | SellerAmp SAS | Buy-or-skip checks from $19.95/mo |
| Alerts (hijackers, Buy Box, listing changes) | SellerSonar | 150 ASINs from $19.98/mo yearly, no Seller Central |
| Four or more tools every week | Stay on Helium 10 | One login and one bill beat three subscriptions |
If two rows apply, a research tool plus a monitor is usually the cheapest combination. If four rows apply, Helium 10 is probably still the right tool, and the plan to question is Platinum vs Diamond.
📌 From Our Experience: The sellers who overpay for software usually bought a suite for one feature. Write down the three jobs you need done every week, then price only the tools that cover those three.
Final Expert Recommendations:
Replace the job, not the brand. If you used Helium 10 for research, Jungle Scout (products) or SellerSprite (keywords) is the cheaper swap; if you used it to catch hijackers, Buy Box losses and listing edits, SellerSonar’s listing monitoring covers 150 ASINs from $19.98 a month billed yearly, per SellerSonar’s plans, without a Seller Central connection.
