Verdict: SellerSprite is a low-cost Amazon keyword and product research suite with a strong free Chrome extension, and for reverse ASIN work it gives more per dollar than Helium 10 or Jungle Scout. The catch is in the billing: the monthly Basic plan includes zero product or keyword trackers, so tracking starts on annual Basic or monthly Standard.
Best for: private label sellers and PPC managers who live in keyword data and want unlimited reverse ASIN lookups on a budget. Look elsewhere if: you need alerts when a seller joins your listing, the Buy Box moves or your content changes.
SellerSprite costs $39 a month for the monthly Basic plan or $390 a year for annual Basic, according to its pricing page, and both plans share the same unlimited research tools. This review covers what you get on each plan, the trial, the extension, and how it compares with Helium 10 and Jungle Scout.
Disclosure: SellerSonar publishes this review and competes with SellerSprite only in product and keyword tracking, so where SellerSprite is the better tool, we say so. Every SellerSprite fact and screenshot comes from SellerSprite’s own public pages and its Chrome Web Store listing, read on November 4, 2026.
What is SellerSprite?
SellerSprite is a web app and browser extension for Amazon product research, keyword research, competitor lookup and listing optimization. Its About page says the company was founded in 2017, grew “from Chengdu to the world,” and reports 1.7M+ users.
The Chinese origin shows in the details. The Chrome Web Store lists the developer as Chengdu Yunya Information Technology Co., Ltd. in Chengdu, Sichuan, and the site and extension run in English, Chinese and Japanese only.

SellerSprite does not connect to Seller Central. Its homepage FAQ says the tool “does not require being connected to your Amazon Seller Central” and pulls extension data from Amazon’s public pages, so there is no account token to hand over.

SellerSprite pricing in 2026
SellerSprite sells four plans, and every plan is cheaper per month when you pay for a year. These are the prices on its pricing page on November 4, 2026, according to SellerSprite; the monthly prices are shown as discounts from a higher list price.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Annual, per month | Accounts (annual cards) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $39 (list $49) | $390 (list $468) | $32.50 | 1 main |
| Standard | $79 (list $98) | $790 (list $948) | $65.83 | 1 main + 3 child |
| Advanced | $129 (list $158) | $1,290 (list $1,548) | $107.50 | 1 main + 6 child |
| VIP | $189 (list $228) | $1,890 (list $2,268) | $157.50 | 1 main + 10 child |
Per SellerSprite’s feature list, all plans share the same research tools with “no daily cap,” plus 50 data exports and 100 Keepa AI Insights reports per day. What changes between plans is tracking capacity and team seats.
The monthly vs annual trap
The cheapest monthly plan cannot track anything. On SellerSprite’s monthly tab, Basic lists “Product Tracker: 0 Keyword Tracker: 0 New Listing Tracker: 0.”

Switch SellerSprite’s pricing page to Annually and Basic gets 50 product trackers, 250 keyword trackers and 25 new listing trackers. The annual cards also list child accounts, which the monthly cards do not mention at all.

Per SellerSprite’s pricing page, the real choice is $39 a month for research only, $79 a month for research plus tracking, or $390 up front for both at $32.50 a month. If you want to track your own ASINs and keywords, monthly Basic is the wrong plan.
💡 Expert Tip: Use the 3-day trial and the first paid month on a monthly plan to confirm SellerSprite’s keyword data fits your niche, then move to annual. SellerSprite’s refund policy says switching from monthly to annual goes through support, which refunds the unused part of the old plan.
SellerSprite free trial and free tools
New accounts get a 3-day trial of the monthly plan. SellerSprite’s homepage says “No credit card required,” which is rare among Amazon research tools; Jungle Scout, by comparison, offers no trial at all.
The extension is free to install and some tools stay free without a plan. SellerSprite’s homepage FAQ says Keepa Trends in the extension “is completely free for all SellerSprite users,” alongside the sales estimator and index checker, and its plan guide describes a free tier with “limited access.”
Refunds are partial, not unconditional. The January 22, 2026 refund policy states “We do not offer unconditional full refunds” and calculates the refund from unused days. An older FAQ page still mentions a 7-day money-back guarantee, so confirm with support before you rely on it.
What SellerSprite does well
Reverse ASIN and keyword research
Reverse ASIN is SellerSprite’s best tool and the main reason sellers pick it. Enter a competitor’s ASIN and you get every keyword it ranks for, with its organic and sponsored position, Amazon Brand Analytics (ABA) weekly rank, monthly searches, purchases, click concentration and PPC bid range.

Reverse ASIN is “Unlimited” on every plan, according to SellerSprite’s feature list, and it can look up several ASINs at once. Its update schedule refreshes ASINs with over 500 keywords every 4 hours and the rest every 6 to 8 hours, while monthly search volume updates once a month.
Keyword Mining adds a “dynamic” mode that finds the core terms driving traffic to the whole sub-market, not only phrases that contain your seed word. For listing and PPC research at this price, few tools match it.
The Chrome extension
The free extension puts Product Research, Reverse ASIN, Keyword Mining and an index checker on top of Amazon’s own pages. SellerSprite says it “mirrors 80% of the full web app’s functionality,” and the Chrome Web Store listing shows 500,000 users.

Version 5.0.6, released September 30, 2026 per SellerSprite’s extension download page, added word-frequency analysis for listing highlights and lifted the first-page limit on Product Research and the index checker.

The same panel shows unit sales, revenue and BSR for a whole search page, and the extension also runs on Edge, Firefox, Safari for Mac and iPad. For a free install, it covers most of the research a new seller needs.
Marketplaces outside the US
SellerSprite’s plan guide says all plans cover 10 Amazon marketplaces: the US, Japan, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, India and Mexico. Its March 2024 changelog added keyword data for Brazil and Australia, and the About page claims “13 supported Amazon marketplaces” without naming them.
Trackers cover fewer: the June 2026 tracker guide lists nine regions, without Mexico. Turkey, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Belgium and the Gulf marketplaces appear in none of the marketplace lists SellerSprite publishes, and its sales estimator offers the same 10.
Where SellerSprite falls short
Trackers are a daily table, not a warning system. SellerSprite’s homepage FAQ says the Keyword Tracker “updates once per day on a rolling schedule,” and the Product Tracker records BSR, price, ratings, reviews and Q&A on the same daily cycle.

The homepage markets “notifications for rank shifts, hijackers, suppressions, and stock risks,” but none of the tracker guides we read explain how alerts are delivered, and no guide describes a Buy Box or new-seller tracker. Test this during the trial if it matters to you.
Estimates are estimates. According to SellerSprite’s homepage FAQ, sales come from BSR, so every child ASIN in a variation family shows the whole listing’s sales. Its database covers the top 500,000 BSR per category (800,000 in the US), and it rates its own keyword predictions at “over 90%” accuracy from internal tests.
One login, one device. Each account “can only be actively logged in on one device or location at a time,” per the same FAQ. Teams need the child accounts that come with annual Standard and up.
No local-language support in Europe. Help articles exist in English, Chinese and Japanese only, and support runs through email and in-app chat.
SellerSprite vs Helium 10
SellerSprite is the cheaper keyword tool, and Helium 10 is the broader business suite. Helium 10’s pricing page lists Platinum at $99 a month billed yearly or $129 monthly, with Cerebro reverse ASIN capped at “100 searches monthly” and keyword rank tracking as an add-on from $19 a month.
Per SellerSprite’s pricing page, Standard at $79 monthly includes unlimited reverse ASIN and 500 tracked keywords. Helium 10 adds what SellerSprite does not try to do: a profit tracker, refund recovery and, on Diamond, ads management. Our Helium 10 review covers those plans, and Helium 10 alternatives ranks SellerSprite among the options.
SellerSprite vs Jungle Scout
Jungle Scout’s Catalyst plans start at $29 a month billed annually ($49 monthly), but Starter includes 50 Keyword Scout searches a month and no Rank Tracker, which starts on Growth Accelerator with 500 keywords. Jungle Scout offers a 7-day money-back guarantee instead of a trial.
For keyword-heavy work, SellerSprite gives more for the money. Jungle Scout suits sellers who would rather have a money-back guarantee than a trial; see Jungle Scout alternatives for the full comparison.
SellerSprite alternatives
Pick by the job you need done. Prices below come from each vendor’s pricing page on November 4, 2026.
| Tool | Starts at | Pick it over SellerSprite when |
|---|---|---|
| Helium 10 | $99/mo yearly, $129 monthly (Platinum) | You want research, ads and profit in one account |
| Jungle Scout | $29/mo yearly, $49 monthly (Starter) | You prefer a 7-day money-back guarantee to a 3-day trial |
| SmartScout | $29/mo yearly, $49 monthly (Basic) | You research brands and sellers for wholesale |
| SellerSonar | $19.98/mo yearly, $23.98 monthly (Pro) | You need alerts on listings you already sell |
SmartScout’s figures are from its pricing page, and SellerSonar’s from our plans page. SellerSonar is not a SellerSprite replacement: it does no product research and gives no market-wide keyword volumes. It suggests keywords for a specific ASIN, then tracks the ones you keep.
🎯 Pro Insight: SellerSprite’s research seats and its trackers solve different problems. Research tells you which keywords to target before launch; tracking tells you whether you still hold them after a competitor or a new seller shows up. Budget for both jobs separately.
Is SellerSprite worth it?

When a monitoring tool makes more sense
SellerSprite answers research questions: which keywords, which niche, how a competitor ranks. It does not tell you that a reseller just joined your listing or that Amazon took the Buy Box, and that is the job SellerSonar was built for.

In SellerSonar data for this Sterilite cabinet, three merchant-fulfilled sellers joined the listing between September 2 and October 27, 2026, each flagged on the next check. Buy Box and pricing alerts cover new sellers and price changes, and content change alerts cover title, bullet and image edits.

SellerSonar’s keyword tracking works on any ASIN, yours or a competitor’s, and its knowledge base puts rank refreshes at every 6 to 10 hours. Rank alerts fire on fixed rules, such as any move inside the top 10.

The Buy Box tracker shows who holds the Buy Box each day. According to SellerSonar’s plans page, Pro costs $19.98 a month billed yearly for 150 ASINs and 500 keywords checked every 4 hours, and Premium at $39.98 adds the Buy Box tracker plus Won and Lost alerts. Every plan covers 23 Amazon marketplaces, including amazon.com.tr, with no Seller Central connection.
📌 From Our Experience: Sellers who research with SellerSprite usually lose money after launch, not before it: a reseller undercuts by a few cents, or a title edit drops an indexed keyword. Keep SellerSprite for research and put the listings you sell under a tool that alerts you on the next check.
Final Expert Recommendations:
Buy SellerSprite if keyword and reverse ASIN research is your main job: per its pricing page, annual Basic at $390 a year is the best value, and monthly Standard at $79 is the cheapest way to get trackers month to month. Skip monthly Basic if you plan to track anything. For the ASINs you already sell, add SellerSonar’s monitoring so new sellers, Buy Box losses and listing edits reach you within hours.
